Job Description

The OpportunityLounsbury Heavy-Duty Truck Centre in Fredericton seeks a Licensed Truckamp; Trailer Technician. You will work with an experienced team of Technicians, doing diagnostics and repairs on MACK and/or VOLVO heavy-duty trucks. Providing excellent customer service is our top priority. Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair the mechanical and electrical components of heavy-duty trucks by testing the truck #39;s systems and components.
  • Drive the vehicle for testing purposes
  • Must be able to use power tools and common hand tools to perform work
QualificationsExperience: Licensed Truck and Trailer DiplomaEducation: College Diploma in Truck and Transport Service TechnicianLanguage: English
  • Licensed Truckamp; Trailer Technician
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver #39;s license and clean driver #39;s abstract
  • Operate electronic diagnostic equipment
  • Able to sit, stand, kneel, or crouch for extended periods
  • Work individually and as part of a team
  • Positive attitude
