Job Description

On behalf of our Public Sector Client, Ignite Technical Resources is recruiting for a Change Management Specialist on a 4-month contract.Summary of the RoleThe Change Management Specialist will support enterprise-wide change initiatives, working closely with project managers and leaders to deliver effective change management strategies in alignment with organizational goals. This hybrid role involves 1-2 days onsite per week in downtown Vancouver, with the remainder remote.Dutiesamp; Responsibilities:

  • Lead and implement change management strategies across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with project timelines and resources.
  • Engage with stakeholders, providing clear communication and support for change initiatives.
  • Conduct thorough change management analyses, develop strategic plans, and facilitate training and engagement sessions.
  • Create and manage comprehensive change documents, including stakeholder analysis, impact analysis, change management plans, communication plans, and training documentation.
  • Support leadership in fostering team cohesion and positive organizational transformation.
Core Requirements:
  • 8+ years of recent change management experience, with a strong focus on enterprise-level projects.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Business, Computer Science, Health Informatics) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Certification in Prosci Change Management or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in organizational transformation and developing change management documents.
  • Demonstrated experience managing change management initiatives in a culturally diverse environment.
Desired Skillsamp; Experience:
  • Strong leadership, consulting, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Advanced interpersonal and communication abilities, particularly in high-stakes or politically sensitive environments.
  • Skilled in facilitating presentations and workshops tailored to various stakeholders.
TermsThis contract position is expected to run until March 28, 2025, with a hybrid arrangement involving onsite work 1-2 days per week in downtown Vancouver. Local candidates are required for this role.
