Possess and maintain a masters certificate, with restrictions, vessel of less than 60 tons gross tonnage or be in the process of obtaining;4. Possess a Maritime Radio Operator Certificate issued under the Radiocommunication Act or in the process of being procured;5. Pass the Parks Canada Watercraft Practical Exam;6. Go to work by your own means;7. The applicant may be required to complete a personal health statement in accordance with the Isolated Posts PolicY;8. The candidate may be required to undergo and pass a pre-employment medical examination and regular medical examinations.OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:1. Provide support in emergency situations;2. Transport park wardens in the course of their law enforcement duties;3. Wear the Parks Canada uniform in accordance with the Parks Canada dress code;4. Work shifts and/or weekends and federal and provincial holidays;5. Work and/or travel on a variety of terrains, in variable weather conditions, in remote locations and by various means of transport, including the possibility of sleeping in backcountry;6.
