We have a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic and passionate Project Manager to join our Service team. This position will manage the delivery of Compac solutions to our customers ensuring they are on time, to budget and to spec. The role is responsible for managing projects from pre-sale, through to handover to the after sales team.About UsTOMRA Food designs and manufactures sensor-based sorting machines and integrated post-harvest solutions for the food industry, using the world's most advanced grading, sorting, peeling and analytical technology. This person will be operating in the Business Area TOMRA Fresh within TOMRA Food.About the roleAs a Project Manager, you will:Aid in project scope definition with sales, the customer and sales engineering, ensuring specification is completePerform detailed risk analysis for large or complicated projects and present pre-saleAttend onsite as the PM for large projects, and coordinate the delivery of the project directlyBuild project plans including resource requirements and review resource allocation with PMOCommunicate scope variations to the PMO, and feedback impact to sales and customerMonitor project progress and milestones and communicate to internal and external stakeholdersPerform root cause analysis on issues that impact the project budget, provide action plans and lessons learntAbout youOur ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:Tertiary Qualification in Engineering, plus a qualification in Project Management or equivalent experienceMinimum of 3 years' experience in delivering high value engineering solutionsAbility to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesAbility to manager multiple concurrent projects and bring to successful completionDetail focused with good time management skills.Proficient in Microsoft office, particularly with Microsoft ProjectAbility to travel both domestically and internationallyWhy work for usThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful global company who are in growth mode.If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you!
