The Crusher Operator is responsible for overall onsite aggregate processing operations. He/She will oversee and direct all activities from the tower position. This includes, but is not limited to: directing all crew on the required day-to-day activities; the coordination of production, maintenance, repairs, parts orders, quality control; and collaboration with assisting sub-contractors. Shifts will be dayshift, 8-12 hours per day. Adverse conditions, physically demanding tasks, and inclement weather could be factors during operations and maintenance.
