Job Description

Days Inn Hinton is currently accepting resumes for the position of Part-time Front Desk Agent.Responsibilities

  • Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
  • Manage online and phone reservations
  • Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data
  • Register guests collecting necessary information
  • Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms
  • Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates, and amenities
  • Respond to clients’ complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, and tidy, to accommodate guests’ needs
  • Upsell additional facilities and services, when appropriate
  • Maintain updated records of bookings and payments
Requirements and skills
  • Customer service attitude
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Must be Bondable
  • Must be flexible to work a variety of shifts any day of the week, on weekends, and on holidays.
Job Types: Part-time, SeasonalContract length: 3 monthsPart-time hours: 24 per weekSalary: $15.00-$16.00 per hourSchedule:
  • 8 hour shift
