Job Description

Job SummaryAirplay Trampoline Park is seeking a Park Manager to join our team in Hinton, Alberta. We provide a safe and fun environment for people of all ages to have an unforgettable experience.We are looking for a highly-motivated candidate to support our vision and to add to our team. In this role, the Park Manager motivates, instills accountability and achieves results to drive success in the position while maintaining our upbeat culture and friendly environment! This role provides overall leadership, supervision and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards for our business.If you have a great attitude and love making people happy then you should apply today!Responsibilities and Duties

  • Lead team in maintaining a clean and safe environment
  • Cultivate a team environment that provides exceptional customer service
  • Marketing via social media and community connections
  • Responsible for management of staff, scheduling, hiring, etc.
  • Create, plan and execute park promotions, themes and specials
  • Direct all operations of the park to maintain profitability and safety
  • Ensure execution of all employee recognition and incentive programs
  • Continuously improve operational execution through attention to detail and adherence to operating standards and philosophies
  • Oversee the ordering of supplies, track and manage inventory
  • Create and maintain connections with local (and area) businesses and organizations
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Able to work evenings, weekends and some daytime hours and holidays
Qualifications and Skills
  • Must be professional, energetic, self-motivated, able to motivate others, and have a positive attitude!
  • Superior communication skills
  • Punctuality is a must
  • Must present excellent customer service and a professional appearance
  • Ability to remain calm and interact with all patrons and staff in a professional and courteous manner
  • Competency to know and enforce all park safety rules
  • Experience in hospitality is preferred
  • 1+ year supervisory or management experience preferred
  • Computer Skills a must — Microsoft Office (Google workspace)
  • Professional grooming and conduct must be constantly displayed to set an example for staff
  • Ability to manage large groups
  • Adaptability, flexibility and general enthusiasm for the business
  • Appreciation of diversity (thought, ethnic, gender, etc.)
Job Type: Part-timePart-time hours: 30 - 35 per weekSchedule:
  • 4 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
