Your motto is “those who work the safest way- live to see another day.”As the Clean-Up Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team to achieve and exceed key performance indicator targets in safety, quality, cost control, and delivery. You are comfortable making safety the number one priority and will use your working knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety regulations to ensure the team follows all policies, procedures, and practices. Your previous lockout experience is critical to this role as you will work to reduce lockout violations with new and young workers.You enjoy mentoring and training and are confident in your ability to support team members to maximize performance. Your proven leadership in a team environment naturally fosters a culture of open communication with employees. Good safety values are built over time, and you are prepared to not only raise the bar but also protect people from walking into it!Preference will be given to your prior supervisor experience in a heavy industrial setting and your ability to build teams of workers new to their roles.
