Securiguard is looking for Security Guards for an gas pipeline extending from Chetwynd, BC to Houston BC, BC. • Accommodation for 2 weeks in your rotation
• Clean private room, which includes, Bed, A/C, 32" TV ( Netflix, Crave, Prime are included), desk, small closet, personal shower, and toilet.
• Housekeeping - towels, sheet changing and room cleaning
• Meals are provided - 24/7 meals, includes a daily breakfast, lunch and dinner, and after-hours snack/food available, support any dietary restrictions. Meal to GO app available
• Health and Wellness - workout gym, running and bike machines, lounge, playroom, media room
• Free Wi-Fi in each room
• Travel allowance per rotation, including hotel stay if needed.

Stay and work in comfort with SecuriguardWhat would you do:

• Observe and report suspicious activity, and report security breaches
• Respond to incident/emergency situations and follow protocol
• Provide perimeter security coverage
• Provide access control and ensure there is no unauthorized access to the site
• Patrolling of designated areas in an outdoor environment
• Radio check ins and security report writing duties
• Provide a visual security presence - detecting and deterring unauthorized persons
• Coordinating and liaising with the police or emergency personnel when required
• Adhere to Securiguards core Values, Vision, Mission statement

What would you bring:

• Valid BC Security License
• Previous security experience is an asset
• Class 5 Drivers License with a clean driving abstract and claims history
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfort working in a wilderness setting
• Must be able to pass drug and alcohol test
