Job Description

Humboldt Co-op is hiring a Full-Time Liquor Store Supervisor for our New Liquor Store in Humboldt, SK.Who we are:Co-op does business differently.   • Supervising and delegating employee #39;s workflow and duties while ensuring all staff are following safety standards as well as Humboldt Co-op #39;s policies and procedures.
  • Providing ongoing and frequent communication and coaching
  • Onboarding and training new staff
  • Demonstrating leadership in the operation of Point-of-Sale system.
  • General Liquor Store duties as required - stocking, receiving, ordering, opening, closing, operate POS system
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • You have retail experience in the areas of customer service and merchandising
  • You have prior supervisory experience (considered an asset)
  • You have above average communication skills and computer skills
  • You #39;re honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do
  • You are willing to work all shifts scheduled including days, evenings, holidays and weekends
  • You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives
  • You are physically able to do heavy lifting of 50lbs, climb ladders and kneel
