Job DescriptionJob DescriptionOverview:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Parts Manager to oversee, lead, and coordinate parts activities with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service. This role is responsible for the day-to-day management of the parts team in a dealership organization. The successful candidate will foster a friendly and collaborative environment that encourages learning and growth.Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all Parts Department processes to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction.
  • Provide customer-focused product support.
  • Drive parts sales efficiency.
  • Ensure departmental profitability and overall department performance.
  • Market, plan, and initiate all parts department functions.
  • Assist with the attraction, retention, and effective engagement of department personnel.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience in Parts Department operations, with experience in leading and developing others.
  • Exemplary customer service skills.
  • Currently holding a Parts Manager role or a senior Parts Technician looking to guide significant growth and development of a department.
  • Knowledge and familiarity with heavy duty, truck or ag equipment parts.
  • Results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
  • Positive attitude and empathetic nature.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
