You will provide day-to-day leadership to all functional areas within the operation. You will identify and drive opportunities for plant efficiencies and continuous improvements, regulatory compliance, plant productivity, cost control and project management.You are responsible for operational and capital planning, forecasting, tracking and reporting the results to the Senior Management team.You should have a minimum of five years’ management experience in a feed mill environment. You should also have a solid understanding of HACCP, safety regulations and requirements, excellent communication, interpersonal, decision making, and problem solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while consistently meeting deadlines. Additionally, you must have demonstrated Microsoft Office applications expertise and experience with Great Plains Software is a definite asset.
