Ready for your happily ever after Apply to work with the FFUN Team today!As the Parts Manager you will be leading and inspiring a team responsible for running a profitable and efficient parts department.We #39;ll provide you with all the tools and training to be successful to manage purchasing, inventory, staffing, pricing, merchandising and marketing. What you’ll be doing:Managing and maintaining the operations of the parts counter, receiving and filling part orders.Ensuring a balanced inventory consistent with the requirements of the manufacturer.Utilize available pricing parameters and strategies to generate sufficient profit while maintaining customer loyalty.Ensure inventory is appropriate to meet customer demand while controlling obsolete and excess inventory.Manage parts warranty and provide replacements or refunds as necessary.Manage parts returns to suppliers, assuring record is received and recorded.Ensure full compliance with manufacturer parts and warranty policies, procedures and rules.Develop an effective team through training and performance standards.A great attitude will get you 90% there, for the rest, we #39;re looking for:3-5 years of recreation or automotive parts/supply chain/procurement/purchasing experiencePrevious supervisory experience would be considered an assetAbility to engage and motivate the team to achieve key goalsSkilled in various computer programs.
