• Assist Project Managers in supervising and reporting on project progress, including performance indicators, budgets, and schedules.
• Monitor and control deliverables, resources, scope, costs, changes, and project timelines.
• Plan staffing and project hours, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently for both approved and proposed work.
• Produce and review project control deliverables, status reports, and analyses, and communicate project risks with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, costs, forecasts, and invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Review change requests and baseline adjustments, identifying cost-saving opportunities and ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Support the purchasing process and manage the change management process for equipment procurement.

This position is on a potash mine site Monday to Thursday 10-hour days.Salary: Open to wage negotiations based on experience and qualifications.We appreciate the interest of all applicants; however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted. • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, in heavy industry or mining.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• A bachelor #39;s degree in Business, Engineering or a related field is an asset.
• Experience with SAP and MS Projects is preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office suite.
• PMP or other Project Management certifications are considered an asset.
• Detail-oriented, strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
