Job Description

Dispersal Solutions is a Muskoka based, full-service Online Auction, Estate & Liquidation Company. Online Auctions are conducted regularly from our facility in Huntsville and on location throughout Muskoka, Parry Sound and surrounding areas.Auction and Estate Assistants are involved in all aspects of the Auction and Estate Liquidation processes: from digging through years of accumulation, unearthing treasures from trash, moving, organizing, packing & shipping, unboxing, sorting, describing, researching & photographing items, general cleaning, maintenance and performing varied duties as assigned to respectfully interacting and assisting both Customers & Clients.Work Location: Huntsville facility with some travel (car-pooling) to on-site locations throughout Muskoka, Parry Sound & Nipissing and outlying areasWork Week: flexible hours and daysHourly wage will be reviewed after 210 hours.Auction & Estate Assistants must have / be:

  • general Computer & Camera skills / knowledge.
  • detailed, precise with the ability to self-edit work completed.
  • adaptable to frequently changing requirements and directions.
  • comfortable working in warehouse conditions, in & outdoors as well as other unregulated climates and environments.
  • able to lift / move 50 lbs or move and assist in moving large & awkward items.
  • able to stand and walk for long periods of time
  • a team player who can also work independently /alone
