A premier family resort and marina offering consistently genuine and authentic hospitality to our Guests and co-workers.-----------As an integral member of the food and beverage team, your responsibility is to provide a consistent level of service excellence to our guests, possess a positive attitude and an attentive approach, with a regard for health and safety in accordance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act and the health and safety policies and procedures of Port Cunnington LodgeResponsibilities: · Provide a consistent level of efficient, friendly, safe and professional service to guests· To represent high personal and company standards· To arrive punctually for work following dress code guidelines; be clean and professional in appearance and equipped with the proper tools prior to each shift· To have comprehensive knowledge of all food and beverage menu items being offered· A full understanding of the features and operating procedures of our POS system· To balance End of Shift Reports as per PCL Dining room policies· To advise supervisor or manager of any guests concerns, comments or complaints immediately; thus allowing a service recovery program to be initiated and satisfy the guest before they leave our facilities· Ensure a clean and professional appearance of the PCL Dining areas· Provide assistance to the housekeeping department as requiredEmployee Perks: Use of on-site amenities such as waterfront, canoes, kayaks, paddleboards, tennis courts, hiking trails, and close access to Algonquin Provincial ParkEmployee Accommodations: Housing available at $100/week with a bonus incentive upon completion of the contractPort Cunnington Lodge is an inclusive employer.
