Logistics / Dispatcher:McClay’s Transportation is presently seeking out a Logistics / Dispatcher candidate. We are looking for strategic, forward thinking, and highly motivated candidates to manage in this fast-paced environment. • Dispatching drivers
• Maintain a safe work environment compliant
• Provide / support a culture of excellence in quality of product
• Flexibility to work varying shifts as business levels increase

The ideal candidate will have:

• 2-4 years’ experience in a transportation, cross docking, or shipping and receiving environment
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
• Strong leadership and communication qualities
• Desire to surround customer with excellence in service
• High aptitude for technology (experience with Excel is required)
• The ability to multi-task while being detail oriented
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High School diploma/GED required
