All Balance Wellness Centre is an establishment that offers health services for the body and mind, with the aim of helping customers to relax and recover, specializing in TCM acupuncture, massage therapy and traditional Chinese Medicine treatments. We are now hiring one Acupuncturist (NOC 32200) position in Winnipeg, MB.Description:-Title: Acupuncturist (NOC 32200)-Location: 2188 McPhillips St, #23, Winnipeg, MB-Compensation: $30/hour-Hours: 35 hours/week-Benefits: 10-day paid vacationsRequirements:-Completion of a college or other program related to Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture is required.-At least one-year relevant experience is required.Responsibilities:-Conduct thorough initial assessments to understand patients #39; conditions, medical histories, and treatment goals.-Develop personalized treatment plans based on patients #39; specific needs, combining acupuncture with other complementary therapies as appropriate.-Perform acupuncture treatments using sterilized needles, adhering to strict hygiene and safety standards.-Monitor patients #39; progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and provide ongoing support and guidance.-Educate patients about acupuncture and its potential benefits, answering any questions or concerns they may have.-Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting treatment details, progress, and any adverse reactions.-Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and comprehensive patient care.-Stay informed about the latest developments in acupuncture research, techniques, and best practices.All qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.
