BASIC FUNCTIONS: Estimate loss, sign contracts, and secure agreed price.RESPONSIBILITIES/TASKS:Professionally represent the Paul Davis principles of honesty and integrity.Work in a team environment.Xactimate experience is an asset.Receive loss assignment.Contact property owner within 30 minutes (non-emergency).Be on site within 2 hours if it is an emergency, or inspect loss site within 24 hours for non- emergencies (unless there are other carrier program requirements).Prepare an accurate scope.Achieve a closing ratio of fifty-percent (50%) or higher.Prepare estimate in a timely fashion (typically within 48 hours of the inspection or according to program requirements for specific losses/carriers).Secure approved scope and price with insurer.Deliver necessary paperwork and maintain relationship with insurer.Deliver necessary paperwork to property owner and secure contract.Deliver necessary paperwork to administrative department.Interface with Job Supervisor through completion and collection.Work with the Job Supervisor to collect payment for completed jobs in a timely fashion.Compensation: Starting at $50,000 plus vehicleSince 1966, Paul Davis has been an industry leader in the areas of property damage mitigation, reconstruction and remodeling.
