Job Description

We are currently searching for a taskmaster and customer service rock star that is well organized to be our new Service Coordinator. As a Service Coordinator with us, you will be responsible for supporting the team in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining communication between the team and customers, and living our mission statement of creating memories with every interaction!The ideal candidate:

The majority of the time in this role will be spent:
  • Coordinating and monitoring the workflow into the shop.
  • Confirming part availability for scheduled work.
  • Monitoring and tracking inventory, labour, and internal discrepancies.
  • Verifying customer account balances and follow-up on uncollected amounts.
  • Maintaining an open communication flow between service, parts, and shop.
  • Reviewing all purchase orders for completion and accuracy.
  • Working with the department manager to track department statistics and forecast trends including gross profit, discounts, overhead costs, and labour rates.
  • Reconciling daily cash, debit, and credit receipts.
  • Assisting the Service team in maintaining the highest standard of customer service by answering incoming calls, assisting with inquiries, and welcoming & cashing out customers.
  • Assisting with other administrative duties as required.
