Inuvialuit Regional Corporation (IRC) invites applications for the position of Human Resources Officer. The IRC is an Indigenous organization that oversees many areas related to Government Affairs, Education & Training, Health & Wellness, Inuvialuit Lands etc. The Human Resources Officer reports to the HR Manager. This position plays an important role in providing full-cycle recruiting along with other HR-related duties to all staff and stakeholders. This position is also responsible to assist in developing and implementing HR procedures, initiatives, and systems.Working at IRC as a Human Resource Officer, you will find that we are a team that is supportive, and collaborative and assist each other to complete tasks related to all areas of Human Resources for the Inuvialuit Corporate Group. To keep up with best practices in HR we attend webinars and/or online coursework. We believe that to be able to keep motivated the work environment needs to be positive, conducive to education to enhance skills and give/receive open and honest perceptive communication.
