Job Description

Logistics ManagerAt Arctic Petroleum Services Ltd., Human Resources is the most important part of our business.   • Arrange for shipping documentation and the tracking and tracing of goods in transit
  • Ensure regulatory compliance
  • Oversee dispatch
  • Manage daily operations
  • Data Entry of fuel tickets
  • Invoice creation and accounts payable
  • Inventory Control
  • Fulfill Lube Orders
  • Enter Inventory into a computerized system
  • Oversee general upkeep of the yards
  • Lead and conduct Health & Safety Meeting
  • Complete bank deposits, pick-up freight, etc.
  • Other duties as assigned by the General Manager
  • Report to the General Manager daily
  • Manage a team of 5-10 people
Who You Are

  • Ability to Multitask
  • Experience Managing a Team
  • Attention to Detail
  • Knowledge and experience across Transportation and Logistics, 5 years
  • Data Entry experience, 5 years
  • Willing to work OT on occasion
  • Willing to carry a company phone
  • Reliable transportation to/from work
  • Willing to travel, on occasion,
  • Valid Class 5 Drivers License
