Successful applicants will be required to perform a wide range of clerical, secretarial and administrative support duties. Duties may include responding to inquiries and requests for assistance from students, staff and the general public; composing and word processing correspondence and other documents; creating spreadsheets; preparing a variety of forms and/or invoices for approval and processing; maintaining office filing systems; collecting, sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing mail; registering students; handling cash; and other duties as assigned. This position is at our Invermere, BC campus.Qualifications: Office Administration Certificate and/or a minimum of three years relevant work experience in a multi-tasking administrative environment, applicants are also required to have proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet applications. An equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.
