Food & Beverage ManagerJob Summary:We are looking for a professional Food and Beverage Manager to be responsible for managing all front of house F&B operations and for delivering an excellent guest experience. The successful candidate will be able to forecast, plan and manage all F&B orders, staff and finance. The goal is to maximize sales and revenue through customer satisfaction and employee engagement.Duties:· Manage all front of house F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards;· Maintaining positive customer relationships, processing complaints, and responding to customer needs;· Manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it;· Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses;· Identify customers needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns;· Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel;· Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures;· Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations;· Comply with all health and safety regulations;· Work well with the Executive Chef to provide a top-notch customer experience;· Coordinate banquets with the Sales Coordinator & Executive Chef; plan, organize & execute;· Other related duties as requested by the Director of Operations.Qualifications:Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:· Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently;· Communication skills;· Strong leadership, motivational and people skills;· Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices;· Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets;· Guest-oriented and service-minded;· Extensive food and beverage knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff;· Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS);· Knowledge in Silverware and Optimum Control is an asset.Required Training and Experience:· Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager, Food and Beverage Manager, Hospitality Manager or similar role.Required licenses, certificates and registrations:· Valid Serve it Right certification;
