Job SummaryAs a team our goal is to create an unforgettable, picture-perfect experience for our guests. Your role in that goal is very important! At Copper Point Resort, our Guest Service Team wears most of the hats of a traditional hotel - from reservations specialist to activities director; our GSA's do it all!Job ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the Check in and Departure of hotel guests;Answer the hotel phone, both internal and external calls;Be an expert on local and onsite services and be able to provide information about them;Sell and book local activities;Use accurate accounting and cash handling procedures;Respond promptly and appropriately to guest requests;Communicate very effectively with all other departments within the hotel;Maintain an accurate inventory of rooms, reservations, and room assignments;Manage reservations made by phone, email and through OTA's;Co-ordinate and supervise guest activities;Represent the culture of Copper Point Resort and build repeat guests;Perform other related duties as required by the Guest Service Manager.QualificationsYou are a team player who is excited to create a great experience for the guests of Copper Point Resort! You are positive, driven and have a 'glass half full' outlook on life.
