You will enhance the guest's experience through personalized service and caring interactions.Job SummaryReporting to the Lodging Manager– The Janitorial Cleaner will provide a friendly, efficient "service beyond" professional demeanor to our service team and guests alike in all areas of the Eagle Ranch Resort.As a Janitorial Cleaner you will be responsible for clubhouse/office, common areas, and on-course washrooms.Essential Functions:

• To clean in accordance with the standards put forward in training of quality and meet pre-determined timelines.
• To confidently adapt from working in a team environment to working independently
• Keep a good line of communication
• Deliver the best possible guest and employee experience each and every time
• Participate in all Occupational Health and Safety standards set for the department

Experience and Requirements:

• Driver's license preferred
• Must be fit: the job requires climbing of stairs, bending, lifting, kneeling, pulling, pushing
• Must be able to stand, sit, knee land continuously move throughout the workday
• Must be able to lift 20lbs
• Must possess safe work habits with awareness of safe work procedures
• Must be able to work with cleaning chemicals and can wear latex or non-latex gloves when using chemicals
• Must be flexible and adaptable under changing conditions, priorities, and unexpected situations
• Must be able to work flexible shifts, weekends and holidays. This position may require overtime and altered scheduling according to occupancy levels
