Job DescriptionExceptional service and cuisine are hallmarks of Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge dining experience. As a Busperson, you will take pride in the integral role you play in supporting your Foodamp; Beverage Colleagues and “setting the stage” for a truly memorable meal.Starting Rate: $16.46 per hourWhat is in it for you:

What you will be doing:Reporting to the Outlet General Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
  • Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
  • Assist Foodamp; Beverage Servers in all aspects of the dining experience
  • Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
  • Ensure the proper set up of all side stations in the outlet
  • Correctly deliver and present food items to guests
  • Bus and re-set tables
  • Perform opening, cleaning and closing duties
  • Have knowledge of beverage lists and promotions
  • Have knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods
  • Follow departmental policies, procedures and service standards
  • Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
  • Adhere to the hotel’s vehicle handling and safety policies while driving hotel vehicles
  • Other duties as assigned
