Job Description

Job DescriptionAs a Golf Course Captain Server with Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge, you will be working with both our banquet and outlet operations will provide exposure to all facets of the Foodamp; Beverage operation.Starting Rate of Pay : $19.96/ hourYour Job Duties Include:

  • Help lead the F amp;B Outlet team in all aspects of the department and ensure service standards are followed
  • Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way
  • Take an active role with the training and development of new and existing colleagues
  • Build and maintain a high level of customer service and staff morale through outlet promotions and staff incentive programs
  • Ensure that the outlet is operating within the confines of the ALCB regulations
  • Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods
  • Prepare and serve cocktails and other beverages
  • Bus and re-set tables
  • Perform opening, cleaning and closing duties
  • Respect golf etiquette and rules while on the course
  • Other duties as assigned
