Job Description

Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Manager to oversee our sales operations within Alberta and British Columbia. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in outside sales in the agricultural equipment market with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients while driving business growth. This role requires a strategic thinker who can analyze market trends, negotiate effectively, and lead initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.A company vehicle, laptop, cell phone, expense card are provided.Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives within the assigned territory.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts through effective business development strategies.
  • Engage with Dealers to understand their needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable partnerships.
  • Track sales activities, managing customer relationships, and reporting on performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competition, and potential areas for growth.
Skills:
  • Post-secondary education preferred with related industry experience.
  • Proven experience in outside sales at the dealer level.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft and CRM software for managing customer interactions and sales processes.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market data and develop actionable insights.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
  • Experience in account management, ensuring client needs are met effectively.
  • A proactive approach to business development, seeking out new opportunities for growth.
