Job Description

Who you are: We are looking for an energetic Busser to join and support our service team and help maintain the dining area clean and organized. To succeed in this position, you must be a team player and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:

  • Assist and support wait staff.
  • Clear, clean and reset tables.
  • Keep all working stations clean and stocked
  • Keep all dining areas clean and presentable
  • Responsible for preparing the dining room for service
  • Responsible for assisting and supporting servers during service
  • Responsible for closing the dining room for service
  • Clean and restock stations (ex; bringing clean glasses to the bar).
  • Assist with placing stock away
  • Assist with retrieving stock
  • Empty garbage and recycling bins
  • Deliver dishes to guests at appropriate tables and seats, under the supervision of the food-expeditor
Requirements:
  • Must be bilingual (English and French) and 18 years or older.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical ability to carry heavy items and stand for long hours.
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-oriented.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings and holidays.
