Mirelas, a high-end Bar & Grill is now hiring a Full-Time Restaurant Manager.Qualifications

  • 3+ Experience as a restaurant manager, preference in the fine dining sector
  • 5+ years in the Food and Beverage industry or hospitality industry
  • Leadership skills
  • High level organization skills
  • Communication skills
  • Work well under pressure
  • Creative and innovative
  • Exceptional standards for cleanliness, health and safety
  • Flexibility, including holidays
Responsibilities
  • Overseeing team members
  • Scheduling team members
  • Inventory management
  • Ordering inventory
  • Liaising with team members, ownership, guests and the community
  • Opening/Closing duties and day to day operations
  • Conflict Management
  • Maintaining margin control
  • Passion for creating a wonderful guest experience
  • identify profits and losses and operating within the parameters of budgets
  • Interview, hire, train all front of the staff
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PermanentPart-time hours: 40 per weekSalary: $900.00-$1,300.00 per weekSchedule:
