***The successful candidate can expect to be scheduled 32-40 hours/week including AM/PM, week day and weekend shifts.This role may be scheduled Tuesday to Saturday 10am- 6:30pm***Regular Store Hours: Mon – Sat8:00am – 8:00pmSun 9:00am – 7:00pmHEALTHamp; BEAUTY TEAM MEMBERAs part of our Healthamp; Beauty team, you promote clean beauty choices by educating our customers on the benefits of natural health and beauty products, making recommendations based on specific needs, and assisting customers discover a fresh perspective on healthyamp; beauty. As a product knowledge expert, you know how to help customers understand what combination products will work best for them to achieve their healthamp; beauty goals.A passion for and experience with natural beauty products including make up and skin care will enhance your success when assisting customers.This is an exciting opportunity to share your passion in a bright, newly renovated environment with a wide variety of product!PERKS:

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Create a comfortable and inviting space by giving a warm “hello!” to our customers as they approach our healthamp; beauty department for support. We like building meaningful connections with our new and regular customers and this is an important first step.
• Assist customers with their specific needs—asking them questions to learn more about what their journey looks like and providing suggestions on how best to meet their goals.
• Although you may already have an impressive background in healthamp; beauty, you will be able to participate in regular product knowledge trainings so you’re always prepared to answer questions and provide informed recommendations.
• We understand healthamp; beauty is a very personal experience so it is why we explain the basics with our suggested plan and recommended add-ons that may complement and support our customers’ goals.
• Use your creativity and eye for detail to make attractive and organized displays.
• In other words, you will help others on their journey of healthamp; beauty, share your knowledge on our amazing products, be a great team player and have fun!

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Passion for people, healthamp; beauty and our products
• Strong knowledge of make up, skincare, clean healthamp; beauty brands (certification an asset)
• You are outgoing and upbeat and thrive in a vibrant customer service environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of merchandising basics - store standards, displays, stock management
• Innate curiosity and love of learning
• Strong work ethic and desire to contribute to people’s health and wellbeing
