On behalf of our public sector client, Ignite Technical Resources is recruiting for a Project Manager – IT Asset Management to join our client’s team.Summary of the Role:This role involves managing complex IT Asset Management (ITAM) and Device Management projects in a dynamic and collaborative environment. The successful candidate will lead large-scale hardware rollouts, application implementations, and integrations while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.Dutiesamp; Responsibilities:

• Lead ITAM and Device Management projects with a focus on ITAM frameworks and Zero Trust security.
• Oversee large-scale hardware replacements, including rollout strategies and mitigation of risks.
• Manage SaaS, mobile, and web application implementations with third-party vendors.
• Coordinate across multiple teams, delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), and vendor partners.
• Utilize project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and MS Project to maintain project tracking and reporting.

Core Requirements:

• PMP or PRINCE2 certification (preferred).
• A minimum of 5 years in a leadership capacity managing complex projects.
• Expertise in ITAM frameworks, cybersecurity, and Zero Trust practices.
• Experience with large-scale hardware rollouts in retail environments.
• Proficiency with project management tools including Jira, Confluence, and MS Office Suite.

Desired Skillsamp; Experience:

• Familiarity with Crown corporations and the gambling industry.
• Experience with predictive and hybrid project management approaches.
• Knowledge of SaaS application integration in complex environments.

Terms:

• Location: Remote within British Columbia.
• Tenure: 12 months starting January 13, 2025, with the possibility of extension.
• Interviews: Scheduled after January 1, 2025.
• Candidates must reside in British Columbia and be legally authorized to work in Canada.
