We all are winners when differences are respected, valued and celebrated.Job Summary:The Senior Specialist, Vendor Performance Management manages BCLC’s strategic vendor performance management processes to promote positive working relationships between BCLC and various vendors to assist in the success of the organizations critical programs.Working collaboratively with the business units this role provides performance measurement, risk, and reporting and facilitates change as required to support the business. In addition, the Senior Specialist, Vendor Performance Management collaborates with various levels of management to report results, identify improvement opportunities, and demonstrate improved vendor performance and support vendor relationships.Key Accountabilities:
