Job Description

About the Position:GTM ASR Support - establish and maintain working relationships with GTM Finance colleagues in support of GTM Sales in the Canada Service Provider region.Responsibilities:

  • Create a customized sales support model for individual Accounts.
  • Engage in direct relationships with Account Teams; Juniper Internal groups, Partner, and Distribution channels.
  • Perform internal Account team work to offload AM & maximize customer face time.
  • Escalation point for AM/Account Team.
  • Track and manage key account projects.
  • Create and revise quotes, and support approval process.
  • Apply DGT (Discount Guiding Tool) for approved Pricing Analysis.
  • Report on bookings and shipments for supported accounts.
  • Manage SFDC Hygiene and support forecast.
  • Support CRM team with remap and account ownership changes.
  • Work with OM to efficiently book POs and resolve issues when necessary.
  • Attend customer meetings with AM, as needed, to support opportunities & drive SA.
Minimum Qualifications:2-5 years in Sales Operations/Sales Support and/or Finance required, ideally in the high-tech industry.Preferred Qualifications:Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.Other Information:Relocation is/is not available for this positionTravel requirements for the position
