hURBN Cannabis is hiring, and we want YOU to join our team. We’re a locally owned and operated retail cannabis store right by Costco/Home Depot/Movati. We’re passionate about cannabis and we’re super excited to be a part of our community. We’re looking for like-minded folks to join in on the fun and exciting future of legal retail cannabis. Our goal is simple – tailored advice on great products at the best prices. We have an important responsibility in this new industry – help educate people about cannabis[EB1] /cannabis products and how to safely consume. We don’t expect you to have worked in cannabis retail before, but we do need you to know your stuff and be thirsty to learn. (budtender)- Outgoing, personable and professional. We’re building relationships and trust with our clients and community.- Comfortable working in a fast pace environment – good organizational and communication skills.- Coachable. We’re always learning and hope you are too.What you’ll be doing- Welcoming customers as they come in and processing orders at the cash.- Proactively engage with our customers, understand their needs and educate them on responsible cannabis usage. Assist in recommending products, accessories and their use.- Assist customers in completing orders on self serve tablets or roaming budtender table and guiding them to the pickup counter.- Light cleaning/tidying (disinfecting)- Display ideas and setups- Learning about products and their use everyday by engaging with LPs and other content- Social media, taking pictures and sometimes reviewing products for our pageRequirements- 19+ years old- Cannsell certificate- Pre employment criminal record check- Able to lift 5-30 lbs- Able to work flexible hours and weekendsJob Types: Part-time, Full-timePart-time hours: 15-37.5 per weekSalary: $16.00-$17.00 per hourBenefits:
