Job Description

Celebright is looking for a friendly face to help support our growing dealer network. Our dealer network is the backbone of our sales channels. This role is part sales, part support. It consists mainly of onboarding new dealers and supporting those dealers to help them succeed.Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Expand dealer network with potential dealers throughout the USA and Canada.
  • Work with existing dealers on sales and support activities, through both email and phone.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Sales or customer service experience; B2B experience preferred.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Enjoys building professional relationships.
  • Quick learner. General knowledge of residential construction and electronics is an asset.
  • Has good time management skills.
  • Ability to work well independently on assigned tasks.
  • Ability to work well with a team for planning/strategy.
  • Courteous and just generally nice to be around.
Education and Experience:
  • No specific education required. Some post secondary education is an asset, specifically a Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
  • 3+ years of sales or customer service experience.
  • 1+ years of B2B sales or customer service experience.
Compensation:
  • Salary to be negotiated based on successful applicants skill set and experience.
  • Bonus: annual bonus for company profit sharing.
  • Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision + Life Insurance.
Location:
  • Hybrid position with part time in office and part work from home.
  • Office is located in Kanata.
