Company descriptionWe are a family physician office with a small close knit group of receptionists, nurses and physicians. We deliver primary healthcare to people of all ages. We do not provide walk-in services and provide care to a roster of registered patients.Job description- Strong ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude to colleagues and patients- Excellent judgment, time management and organizational abilities- Ability to work independently- Handling of medical documents and correspondence (PS Suite knowledge would be an asset)- Scanning and uploading of medical documents using EMR- Strong computer and telephone skills- Ability to communicate professionally with external medical offices, hospitals, laboratories- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Ability to maintain and protect confidentiality, professional ethics and patient relations- Hours are Monday 12pm-5pm, Tuesday 8am-4pm, and Friday 8am-12pm. Evening shifts include Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 5pm-8pm.
