Job Description

Ensure that the Offer quality is built-in to reach the Satisfaction of the future customers:

  • Be the Voice of Customer from Open to Close phases of the offer creation for New Product Development..
  • Manage the Project Quality Plan (inside the Project Management Plan), get its validation, and lead its execution.
  • Support the best application of the Offer Creation Processes. Conduct stage gate assessment and audit reports.
  • Collaborate with Offer Quality Managers and other stakeholders on Problem Resolution and Part Evaluation issues that impact the Customers level of confidence.
  • Promote zero defect culture to reach Robustness, Customer satisfaction and Quality targets.
  • Oversees risk identification, assessment and mitigation plan are managed and updated in the project.
  • Animate Lessons Learned.
  • Identify best practices and opportunities for improvement (punctual and systemic issues) across projects. Implement Continuous Improvement projects and monitor for sustainability.
