Our solutions help system and device manufacturers bring new offerings to market quickly, while reducing risk and lowering costs.SummaryWe are looking for a personable, self-motivated Sales Development Representative who will be responsible for identifying and generating sales opportunities through both inbound and outbound communication and lead nurturing activities. The successful candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, know how to assess the company’s needs and provide a personalized, targeted outreach to each prospect. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Sales Operations, you will work closely with our Sales Engineers and Regional Sales Managers, Marketing teams and other stakeholders, to contribute to a healthy opportunity pipeline.A background and expertise in the manufacturing process for one or more of our target markets is critical. You “speak the language” of our manufacturing customers and understand and appreciate their pain points. This role is for a customer-facing, technical expert who can represent Pleora’s AI Solutions product portfolio, is responsible for new customer acquisition, and can identify new opportunities within existing accounts. You are comfortable moving between sales, including developing and closing opportunities, and a technical advisor roles where you work internally and externally to ensure proposed solutions meet market requirements.Ideally you have a background in AI and machine vision automation, but more critically, you understand manufacturers in our target markets, the issues that keep a quality manager awake at night, and what motivates purchasing decisions. You also bring proven presentation and technical skills to position Pleora’s products as a key solution that helps ensure end-to-end quality, lowers costs, and improves manual processes.What you do
