Job Title: Vice President MarketingDepartment: Marketing and CommunicationsReports to: EVP OperationsTerm: Full-Time ContinuingPrimary Location: Hybrid or remoteEvidence Partners® Inc. is the market leader in AI-enabled literature review automation software and creator of DistillerSR™.Literature reviews are the cornerstone of evidence-based research, but their production has traditionally been highly manual, time consuming, and error prone. Today, more than 300 of the world’s leading research organizations, including more than 60 percent of the largest pharmaceutical and medical device companies, trust DistillerSR to securely produce transparent, audit-ready, and regulatory compliant literature reviews faster and more accurately than any other method.At Evidence Partners, our mission is to build a culture that encourages, nurtures, and celebrates the distinct voices of our many employees. We know that diversity drives innovation and creates stronger bonds to our customers and community.The RoleThe VP Marketing will help to define and implement Evidence Partner’s strategy for brand management in a holistic manner, encompassing corporate and employee brands, as well as the company’s corporate reputation. Tactically, this includes market research, product marketing, content marketing, advertising, events and sponsorship, demand generation and corporate communications, primarily media relations, social media relations, and internal communications.Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the go-to-market strategy to increase brand awareness and market leadership.
  • Drive B2B account-based marketing programs across all digital channels to establish marketdominance in targeted industry verticals to optimize demand generation and revenue.
  • Develop product, brand positioning and messaging, conduct product launches, track the competitivelandscape, manage sales enablement, rapidly capture customer feedback, and create story-drivensales content that supports revenue growth.
  • Establish a baseline annual NPS and CSAT rating to manage churn and optimize retention.
  • Ensure the organizations messages are distributed across channels and to targeted audiences to meetsales and indirect partner objectives.
  • Enhance and expand our internal culture of excellence across customer, community, innovation, andpeople and measure overall impact on employee engagement.
  • Partner across the organization, specifically with Sales and Customer Success, to improve andmaximize revenue generating opportunities.
  • Determine & lead integrated marketing function supporting the company’s goals and growth objectives.
  • Establish clear KPIs and processes for reporting on the effectiveness of marketing efforts and leveragemarketing analytics to demonstrate ROMI.
  • Lead, train and coach marketing team members, to set priorities and provide the opportunity for eachteam member to learn their completely.
  • Establish indirect partner channel that support the growth in geographies the company currently doesnot serve.
Note: Duties are not limited to those listed above. Additional duties may be assigned as required.However, reasonable consultations with personnel will be made if possible, under business conditionsSkills & Qualifications (Education and Experience)
  • Excellent leadership and communications skills
  • Strong focus on team dynamics and culture
  • Minimum of 5 years leading a Marketing practice. You are an expert in designing and implementing successful marketing campaigns
  • Executive-level experience in a B2B SaaS company
  • Proven track record in creating, growing, and managing teams (including remote teams)
  • Experience in Marketing to a global customer base
  • Driven and motivated by success
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, high growth environment
