Our client, The Jilly Box, was founded in 2019 by Jillian Harris and her business partner, Tyler Evans. The Jilly Box is a curated quarterly lifestyle subscription box filled with products loved by Jillian Harris and Team Jilly Box. Their team is passionate about supporting small, eco-friendly, diverse, and cruelty-free brands from across North America. Each box contains various brands that range from home decor, fashion, bath, beauty, health and wellness, all while keeping seasonality top of mind! Oftentimes you can find a custom item or two within The Jilly Box that has been designed exclusively by Jillian and Team Jilly Box. They are currently looking to add a new administrative position to their growing team in Kelowna, BC in the capacity of Technical Administrator. This hands-on role is well suited to someone who loves spreadsheets, is comfortable learning any kind of software, communicates well with people, and notices the details that others miss.Working with spreadsheets is a vital part of this role, as there is a lot of data exporting, importing, charting, and reporting. The spreadsheets are used to present information, but also to update product entries, create and change marketing data, and a wide variety of other purposes.This role also helps internal team members who are having technical issues. The successful candidate will guide people through documented, standard procedures to resolve most common issues, but if they don’t work, other technical team members will jump in to help.This role will work closely with their team members to keep our operations running smoothly and grow our capabilities by learning how to perform routine maintenance on our systems, track our assets, createamp; maintain procedure documents, and help with our product launches.
