Job DescriptionAbout the roleThe Contract Specialist will manage all aspects of the contract lifecycle, including drafting from approved templates, negotiation, execution, and administration, while ensuring compliance with organizational policies. This role requires, excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders across legal, procurement, and other departments. Strong administration and organizational skills are essential. Responsibilities include setting up and maintaining contracts with sub-contractors, managing a contract registry to track deadlines and approvals for renewals and amendments and track contract compliance.
