Executive Aviation is looking for Customer Service Agent Leads to join the Kelowna base! This person would be responsible for supporting the Customer Service Coordinator by leading and coordinating the above wing experience for Executive Aviation. The ideal candidate would have above wing experience, fantastic people skills, and an uncanny ability to make things happen. This position would require you to be the point of contact for the Customer Service team and airline, assist with in-flight paperwork when needed, and act as the escalation point for displeased passengers.
