• Knowledge of the site being worked and site-specific job duties
• Deportment- complete site-specific uniform always worn (Uniform provided)
• Excellent customer service
• Zero use of personal cell phone while on duty
• Respectful use of site equipment i.e., phones, radio, and scanners
• Supporting other staff when needed i.e., signing staff in, manning of gates
• Ticket taking, Gate/ Door access
• Help people find their seats
• Greeting guests upon arrival and making them feel welcomed

REQUIREMENTS:

• Good communication skills
• Customer service experience
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Patience and good listening skills
• Exceptional Interpersonal skills (incl. friendly attitude, good demeanor behaviour)
• Flexible hours
