About The Role Join our compassionate team of Licensed Practical Nurses at Baptist Housing’s beautiful Kelowna communities. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering person-centred care, working with a dedicated team to improve the quality of life for our residents. As an LPN, you’ll:

  • Collaborate with Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide comprehensive care and support for complex cases.
  • Take pride in administering medications, conducting assessments, and creating individualized care plans for residents.
  • Promote wellness through innovative programs that enhance both physical and emotional well-being.
  • Utilize cutting-edge technology like Point-Click Care and EMAR to maintain accurate, up-to-date records, ensuring the highest standard of care.

  • Graduate of a recognized school of nursing.
  • Current registration in good standing with BCCNM.
  • Licensed Practical Nursing Diploma or Registered Nurse designation.
  • Experience in long-term care or assisted living preferred.
  • Availability to work consistent shifts over the weekend.
