Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) Kenora BranchKenora Supportive Housing ProgramKenora Supportive Housing Case Coordinator Full-Time PositionCONTRACT POSITION: 16 MONTHSSummaryThe Kenora Supportive Housing Case Coordinator provides direct leadership to a team of professionals whose focus is safety, stability, and support for individuals at the Kenora Supportive Housing operated through CMHA Kenora Branch. The Kenora Supportive Housing Case Coordinator provides case management and wrap around services for clients residing within the Kenora Supportive Housing Program. This is done through coordination of intakes, ongoing assessment, planning, coordinating, and connecting and supporting clients within the program. The Team Leader supervises and evaluates the Kenora Supportive with appropriate support to ensure excellence in the delivery of respectful, courteous, and professional service. Functioning as a practicing clinician on the team, the Kenora Supportive Housing Case Coordinator must be registered or licensed in one of the regulated health professions. The Kenora Supportive Housing Case Coordinator reports to and is responsible to the Chief Executive Officer of Canadian Mental Health Association, Kenora Branch.
