Job Description

INTRODUCTION: Join the dynamic, and hard working team of Kenora Honda! We are looking for a positive individual with attention to detail in the position of Receptionist. This is a full-time, contract position. Training available. We are a proud member of the Morris Group of Companies!DUTIES: The primary role includes Reception Duties, and aiding in Accounting such as, accounts payable and receivable.-Reception Duties (Take payments from customers, answer phone, ordering office supplies, maintain Reception area, check mail, filing)-Accounts payable: Invoice data entry, generate cheques, payment distribution-Accounts receivable: Generate invoices for completed jobs and emailing to the customerKEY SKILLS: -Strong attention to detail-A positive problem solving attitude with conflict resolution skills-Ability to work independently and team oriented-Ability to multi task and prioritize work load-Excellent verbal and written communication, comfortable in dealing with customers, supplies and co-workers-Ability to learn our Accounting SoftwareEXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: -Administrative and/or Payroll Experience not required but an asset.-Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office-Training and Education available.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $15.00-$18.00 per hourBenefits:
