Job Description

The Business Support Manager ensures the efficient operation of the organization by overseeing various administrative functions and providing strategic support to senior management. This position requires a dynamic individual with strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Gather information with clear directions to support the drafting of documents and preparing reports
  • Support processing and managing routine administrative and financial tasks to contribute to effective resource management
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
  • Provide revision and proofreading services for standard documents, contributing to the development of accurate documentation
  • Maintain set standard systems and files, ensuring accurate and readily available information
  • Take responsibility for data integrity to facilitate the availability of accurate information
  • Provide support on routine business support methods and practices
  • Deployment of business systems as required
  • Analyze data and prepare reports to provide insights that guide decision-making and improve operational performance
  • Oversee special projects, from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes
  • Perform other duties as required
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role
  • A college diploma (or equivalent) in business administration, management, or a related field
  • Proficiency in using office equipment and computer software packages, such as Microsoft 365
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact tactfully with individuals
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively at all organizational levels
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a results-oriented mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement
