That is what makes us a different kind of business.To learn more about who we are and how you can help bring our brand to life, visit us at www.valleyviewco-op.crsWhat you’ll do:Under the direction of the Store Manager, the Customer Service Clerk is responsible to provide information, assistance, and exceptional customer service to all customers. This includes responding to general inquiries regarding store promotions, bulletins, and updates. Key responsibilities are but no limited to;

  • Process customer orders and purchases using the point-of-sale terminal to meet established productivity and service standards
  • Maintain shelf and display stock and organize all goods intended for sale to meet established standards.
  • Receive, store, and manage product from vendors including hardware, feed, animal health products, and oil and lube and food products.
  • Performs general housekeeping and maintenance duties (spills, display fixtures, washrooms, etc.) to ensure all areas of responsibility are safe, organized, clean, and tidy.

  • Able to lift 50lbs or greater
Must be available for a variety of shifts, days, evenings and weekend – on rotation. Can work 24 to 32 hours a week.
